About In-Game Choice Restrictions

In addition to the new content with v1.1, I did make one small change that impacts both of the available routes that I'd like to mention in more detail.

Occasionally when going on dates, you'll run into an obstacle that might require one skill or another to be at a certain level in order to choose it. For example, if you want to compete against Nixie in a swimming contest, you're going to want to focus on building up your Athletic (Ath) skill as much as possible.

Now whenever one of these requirements is needed, both the abbreviated stat and the level requirement will be noted in parenthesis, as shown in the screenshot above.

For the record, the stats and abbreviations are as follows:
Ath - Athletics
Cha - Charisma
Cre - Creativity
Kno - Knowledge

In most cases, it's better to choose these unique options if you meet the requirements to do so. Aside from some slight variations in dialogue/script,  you will often receive additional Affection points for one (or both!) of your roommates by doing so. That's why it's important that you boost one stat of your choice at least once a week. While you won't be able to pass all of these trials—after all no one is good at everything—you should be able to focus one or two stats that interest you most. Or you could go for a more balanced "master of none" build if you prefer. The choice is yours!

Starting in Chapter Two and as the story continues to progress, some unique options may require you to be at a certain level of Affection (Aff) with one of your roommates, so you'll want to boost those stats as much as possible as well. You can do this most easily by giving your roommates gifts, but also just by being kind and showing them affection. How will you benefit from having higher affection with your roommates? That's a secret ... for now. ;)

Aside from the skill, affection, and money requirements, the only other restrictions may occasionally arise in the SFW version, as some of the more mature options are censored out. Some situations I found to be a gray area (such as making out or skinny dipping), but more often than not, I choose to err on the side of caution. Mostly because the SFW version is not only intended for minors but anyone is uncomfortable with sexual scenarios which things like the previously mentioned scenarios might eventually lead to or imply.

In the future I might try to find other (less obvious) alternatives for censoring the NSFW content, but for now this is just the way things are.
